TC Logistics is Hiring a Forklift Operator Near Barre, PA
Job Overview:
Join our team as a Forklift Operator and contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. We are looking for dedicated individuals to handle various warehouse tasks, including order picking, equipment operation, and maintaining inventory accuracy. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of products and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.
Duties:
- Receive and verify incoming pick tickets
- Locate products within the warehouse
- Retrieve orders accurately based on quantity and specifications
- Build pallets with orders and position them for loading
- Wrap orders securely before loading onto trucks
- Re-stock inventory using manual or equipment-assisted methods
- Unload containers, separate products by SKU, and verify counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace
Experience:
- Proven experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role
- Familiarity or certification in operating forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment is advantageous
- Proficiency in reading and writing English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Punctuality and diligence in completing assigned duties
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
