TC Screen Printing & Apparel’s Home Office in Siloam Springs is looking for an experienced Embroidery Technician. This position is full-time Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5 pm. Applicants must have sewing experience and be reliable, drama-free, and have high attention to detail and quality.

This position is a mixed-responsibility, detail-oriented, creative-solutions focused job. This team member will work with the Embroidery Dept. Manager to complete all sewing and embroidery related custom orders, as well as assist in other areas of apparel decoration production. This team member will need to be able to complete tasks in a manner that contributes to increased shop-wide efficiencies.

Primary position responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work space
• Execute all assigned embroidery and sewing jobs
• Meet deadlines
• Maintain tidy and thoughtfully organized workspace
• Maintain adequate inventory of all supplies needed to complete job tasks
• Assist as needed in other areas of production to fulfill orders and meet shop-wide goals
