Our company is currently seeking ​a New Accounts Assistant / Banking Or Brokerage to join our Independent Trust Company. You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain financial data and tax information for new accounts
• Organize information and files
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Perform client bill paying

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Experience with a brokerage firm in new accounts would be ideal
• Familiarity with Quickbooks a plus
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
