What you will be doing:

• Scheduling and coordinating appointments and events.
• Answering phone calls and greeting clients in the office.
• Faxing, texting, and emailing professionally.
• Helping with onboarding new team members.
• Sorting and scanning documents.
• Maintaining and ordering office supplies and snacks.
• Processing and mailing secure documents.
• Running to the post office.
• Ordering and picking up lunch or coffee for the team.
• Additional work as assigned.

What qualifications we are looking for:

• 1 year(s) of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services firm, or a tax consulting practice
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office required
• Attention to quality, with an eye for accuracy and detail
• Exceptional proofreading skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Ability to work extra hours when needed, primarily during tax busy season
