Working for a Large Asset Manager--

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliation for positions, transactions, and cash for the equities, options and other instruments.
• Daily monitoring of trading activities and cash activities with the administrator, portfolio management system and the prime broker platforms
• Process corporate actions in the order management systems and through the administrator or custodian.
• Coordinate with the transfer agents, prime brokerage, and custodians on the various delivery methods to bring shares into the custody accounts such as DWAC and free versus cash delivery.
• Ensure trades are settled accurately and timely with the brokers and the fund administrator.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Professional background in equity operations
• High level of professionalism
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage daily, weekly, and monthly workloads.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of Enfusion is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
