ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supervise a crew of roustabout laborers.

• Prepare daily work tickets summarizing work performed, materials used, costs and charges, etc.

• Safely work in a potentially hazardous environment.

• Secure equipment and safely transport according to company policy and DOT regulations.

• Install and make repairs to oil and produced water tanks, including confined space entry.

• Dig pits and lines.

• Install and make repairs to piping, valves, pumps, and motors.

• Install and repair pipelines.

• Repair dikes and perform general ground work around well site.

• Perform access road upkeep and maintenance.

• Clean up oil spills and general clean up.

• Perform other duties as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent preferred but not required.

• Two (2) years of experience in the roustabout trade, and one (1) year of supervisory experience highly preferred but not required.

• Ability to think, analyze and act strategically.

• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, well organized.

• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach with arms, kneel, push/pull 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodation will be made to accommodate people with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

• Tact, above average communication skills, ability to work effectively with both employees and managers. Ability to convey a positive and professional image to employees.

• Valid driver's license.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Ability to work in extreme outdoor weather.

• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
