We are seeking a Full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to support a key customer on the east side of Cincinnati, Ohio. The role requires four 10-hour days, four days a week, Wednesday-Saturday. Qualified applications will possess an incredible attention to detail and commitment to quality service, and a willingness to work the outlined four 10-hour shifts every week. This position may have occasional on call responsibilities for emergencies based on maintenance requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver services to customer expectations with an emphasis on the quality of work
• Pro-actively communicate with account leaders and customer stakeholders
• Perform general building maintenance, including scheduled maintenance and break fix of building equipment
• Light duty maintenance including lighting, carpentry, safety systems, and light plumbing/electrical/HVAC 
• Enter, modify, and monitor tickets within the Work Order system
• Work with account leaders to maintain the facility within the approved budgets
• Assist the site-based facilities team with the total scope of work to ensure customer satisfaction
• Other tasks as assigned
