Fieldhouse Team Member

Team85 is looking for passionate individuals looking to join our expanding Fieldhouse Team.

Communication, dedication and inspiration are critical for the Team Member to deliver on a daily basis. A Team Member must be committed to the members, reliable to his/her co-workers and maintain a workspace in a meticulously detailed and functional manner. The following is a list of the duties and responsibilities associated with the Fieldhouse Team Member position at the Team85:

Responsibilities to Members:

• Greet Members in the Fieldhouse
• Maintain a professional, approachable appearance
• Assist Members with Activities within the Fieldhouse
• Educate Members for Safety and Results
• Maintain Safety in the Fieldhouse
• Support Team85 programs that promote healthy lifestyle options, community events and Team85 sponsored activities

Fieldhouse Training Responsibilities

• Understand/ Carry out the departmental goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
• Maintain the maintenance regime for Fieldhouse on a daily and on-going basis.
• Work together with all other employees to maintain the goals set forth by the Director.
• Maintaining the daily tasks that are set forth by the Field House Director
• Works closely with other departments and the community at large to schedule use of Fieldhouse and other community functions.
• Advise Members of programs and special events.
• Responds to community/member needs and inquires as it relates to recreation/Fieldhouse programming
• Carry out all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Answer phone calls and answer any member questions professionally, making sure the Director is aware of the questions.

• Possess good judgment and superior customer service and communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, working with members and guests.
• Possess the "do whatever it takes" team player spirit
• Has or will be able to obtain CPR and AED Certification
• Exhibit the characteristics of a healthy lifestyle
• Meet all the requirements of this position as described
