4 Seasons Home Care is expanding and hiring a Care Coordinator to foster relationships with our clients and match them with our CNAs & PCAs in the Metro Atlanta area.
Our Care Coordinator will manage and coordinate our staff's schedules to ensure each client is properly cared for.

Our Ideal Care Coordinator :
Experience : 1 years of scheduling for home care, hospice, health care, or similar roles. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
