Outdoor Living Estimator

• 
  Provide hands-on support to the owner by taking hardscape designs & details and estimating the material & labor costs needed to complete the project
• Estimate outdoor living projects from patios with fireplaces and kitchens to landscape lighting & driveways
• Quote jobs to customers
• Order materials for jobs
• Schedule customer appointments and jobs
• Jump into a well-established role with room to grow and take on more responsibility
• Work part-time or full-time hours between 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday thru Friday

Smucker's Hardscaping LLC has served the Lancaster and Chester County areas since 2016 and is looking for an experienced Estimator to support the owner in his daily tasks. Our mission is to create unique and personalized outdoor living spaces with great detail, high-end style, and modern technology. Our focus is creating beautiful landscapes for patios, walls, steps, walkways, outdoor kitchens, and fireplaces. Our Ideal Estimator:

• Experience: Must have estimating experience or a solid mathematical background. Previous construction, hardscaping, landscaping, or project management experience is a plus.
• Computer Skills: Must be knowledgeable and proficient with Excel & MS Office.
• Career-Focused: Someone excited to learn, advance, and take on more responsibilities as we grow.
• Analytical: Ability to review notes, blueprints, vendor information, and pricing to compile an estimate that will result in a profitable project.
• Accurate: Strong attention to detail is required in this role, as mistakes can be costly. Must have strong math skills.
• Collaborative: Able to build strong relationships with vendors, customers, and coworkers.
• Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Driven to do a great job. Skilled at relating to people. Will take ownership of work.

• $21-$26 p/h, depending on experience
