  • Represent
    a high-end outdoor-living furniture company with an excellent reputation, quality products, a solid customer base, and a track record of growth.
  • Engage with wholesale and retail customers who are connecting with us by phone, email, and website
  • Understand their needs & goals for a project and communicate how our products can meet those needs
  • Provide quotes and follow-up communication
  • Create weekly email blasts to your warm leads
  • Maintain our database, which houses our sales leads from the website, home shows, and events
  • Assist with open houses, trade shows & events
  • Monday-Friday Work Schedule, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm - no Saturdays except for the occasional show or family fun day

Because of our exciting growth, we are looking for a Territory Sales Representative with experience in inside sales, outside sales, or real estate.


Our Ideal Territory Sales Representative:

  • Experienced: 1 years of experience, inside sales or outside sales in furniture, sheds, construction, real estate, or car dealerships is preferred. Aptitude for understanding basic construction of structures like gazebos, pavilions, and swingsets. Business-to-business sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to help customers visualize what their outdoor project will look like and answer questions. Must be skilled in connecting with customers over the phone and in writing.
  • Computer Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Office Suite). Confident in learning new technology & navigating the internet. Able to learn CRM and POS software.
  • Self-motivated: Someone who works well under pressure while independently & confidently pursuing sales opportunities and strengthening relationships. Highly driven personality. Willing to make cold calls.
  • People-oriented: Must love people and enjoy working with the rest of the team; enjoys connecting with people and communicating clearly.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong ability to capture information from quote requests and write detailed orders accurately.
  • Team Player: Work well in a team atmosphere while working for a mutual win.
  • Creative: Ability to put yourself in a client's shoes & reach them in a unique and personalized way.
  • Learner: A passion for learning and improving your skills in all areas of your work & life; growth-minded perspective and helping to develop processes.
