Job Description
- Actively participate in monthly S&OP process and meetings to routinely review demand, align with manufacturing capacity and resulting financials
- Consolidate demand across regions for commercial and clinical operations
- Formulate hypothesis and analyze data to spot trends and patterns
- Recommend and analyze potential improvements in supply chain processes
- Track KPI’s and create reports on supply chain performance
- Analyze key performance metrics and trends to drive improvements in ‘vein-to-vein’ performance
- Support additional projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree and 1 years of operations or supply chain experience
- Strong background in one or more of the following: operations, supply chain planning, demand management
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain
- Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex problems using multiple sources of information
- Skilled with Microsoft Excel
