Job Description
We are looking for a very motivated, high energy people person for our Guest Service Representative (GSR) in our fast paced family run franchise bakery. This person must possess friendly people skills with supervisory experience, must work well under pressure and have attention to detail. Must have a strong sense of urgency. We are open 6 days a week and cater to our guests. This position can lead to a potential 40 hour work week. Some of the job duties include working directly with our guests both in person and by phone. This person Must fill orders, craft our cakes with our NBC decorations and assist in leading our team. Training is provided. This is a Monday thru Saturday bakery, we are closed on Sundays and the major holidays. Pay is hourly rate and will be based on experience.
