TEAM is hiring for a Rockstar CB Ambassador in the Dallas market for a vibrant and fast-growing brand in the beer category. The brand you will be representing is a Craft beer that is a growing craft brand. Our CB Ambassador will report to the Program Director and local client Field Marketing team and will be responsible for driving Market Execution, Account Management and Client/Consumer Engagement for their designated territory.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The HR Generalist handles employee relations matters, conducts thorough investigations, supports operations, and ensures compliance with company policies. This role involves executing and guiding managers in the corrective action process, managing employee-related communications, and developing resolutions for employee issues. The HR Generalist also tracks finance expense warnings, conducts compliance audits, and monitors the ticketing system to ensure timely issue resolution. The role includes providing HR policy guidance, maintaining documentation, and participating in various HR projects and initiatives.

  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems. ADP Total Workforce Now a plus.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • At least three to five years of human resource management experience preferred.
