WHAT YOU WILL DO
The main responsibility of the full-time Spirits Specialists is to build the brand among leading retail (off-premise) accounts. The program will focus on cultivating account relationships, executing elevated tastings, upgrading merchandising, and educating both staff and consumers.
The Spirit Specialist will have the following key tasks:
Responsibilities:
Cultivate relationships with staff & decision-makers at accounts on the list to drive recommendations of both SPIRITS PORTFOLIO.
Schedule and activate KPIs within an assigned off-premise target account list.
Support sell-in and sell-through of SPIRITS PORTFOLIO in selected off-premise accounts.
Schedule and execute tasting/engagement activities to promote organic sales growth and increase conversion rates.
Increase awareness of SPIRITS PORTFOLIO through education and relationship-building
Improve the brand's presence by implementing merchandising strategies.
Gather competitive trends and information from the market, social media, and transform this information into insights and opportunities for the brand.
Weekly report including objectives, weekly accomplishments, and surveying for the previous week.
Trade/ Consumer Responsibilities:
Execute consumer activities in line with the SPIRITS PORTFOLIO brand plans.
Provide world-class education to consumers and staff on all of our brands.
Be proficient and comfortable speaking to customers and trade about our brand intrinsic and key selling points.
Be the category expert across brands and supplier
Create and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
Be fully comfortable executing staff trainings in account as well as customer education seminar
Financial and Reporting Responsibilities:
Ensure the delivery of KPI’s on time and within budget.
Utilize the Dashboard Reporting Tool to plan, manage and report on all activity in the field within 24 hours of activation.
Track time to effectively plan, manage and report on all activity in the field.
Provide requested materials for recap of all events in a timely manner.
