The position is open to current TCSG employees only, whomeet the minimum qualifications below. 

The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) is seeking highly qualified applicants for their full-time Compliance Managerposition in the Office of Workforce Development. This position will be responsible for providing advanced technical-level support and office administration. This position is located at the TCSG System Office in Atlanta at 1800 Century Place, Atlanta, GA 30345.

This position is responsible for managing OWD’s Compliance Team and providing guidance and support to local grant recipients under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA):
• Managing the Compliance Team personnel and projects.
• Overseeing the annual monitoring process for 19 local grant recipients, to include coordinating reviews across a multi-disciplinary internal team.
• Providing technical assistance, guidance, and training to Local Workforce Development Areas (LWDAs).
• Providing support to the State Workforce Development Board (SWDB) committees, as needed.
• Drafting, editing, and presenting policy, research reports, and planning documents to agency leadership, SWDB, and other stakeholders.
• Serving as an office liaison to relevant external partners.
• Collaborating with other state agencies and stakeholders to advocate on behalf of OWD initiatives; and other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

·Three (3) years’ work experience in compliance related field or similar, or an associate’s degree and two (2) years’ experience, or baccalaureate degree in relevant field (business administration, fiancé, law, accounting) and one (1) year experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

·Graduate degree in course of study related to the occupational field.

·Experience with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and/or federal regulatory compliance.

·Demonstrated experience with policy analysis and producing written deliverables.

·Experience with public speaking or developing/leading training seminars;

·Experience with project/program management
