The Role: Are you passionate about beauty and wellness products? Do you have a knack for connecting with people and keeping them engaged? We're searching for dynamic individuals to become the hosts of our TikTok shops.As a TikTok Live Host, you will be responsible for creating captivating live content, engaging with our audience, and driving sales through entertaining and informative live streams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Host live sessions on TikTok, spotlighting our premium beauty and health products. Utilize your expertise and knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products.
2. Create an engaging and interactive environment to captivate viewers and drive sales.
3. Live sessions will range from 1 to 3 hours, offering plenty of time to connect with our audience
4. Showcase products or services in a natural and engaging manner, with a focus on driving sales and conversions.
5. Collaborate with the Creative Team to plan and execute live stream content that aligns with company goals and objectives.
6. Maintain a positive and energetic on-camera presence, keeping viewers entertained and interested in the content being presented.
7. Monitor viewer comments and questions during live streams, responding promptly and courteously to ensure a positive user experience.
8. Utilize acting skills to convey messages effectively and engage the audience on a deeper level.
9. Adhere to a flexible filming schedule, with live streams scheduled 5 days a week for varying durations (3 to 6 hours per day, some weekend days included.)

Requirements:

1. Passionate about beauty and wellness with a strong understanding of a wide range of products and supplements
2. Charismatic and high-energy, capable of keeping viewers entertained and interested.
3. Excellent communication skills, able to connect with diverse audiences
4. Prior experience in sales and customer service.
5. Experience with acting or performing arts.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse audience.
7. Strong multitasking abilities, able to manage live streams while simultaneously monitoring viewer comments and questions while pinning products.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
9. Comfortable with a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Pay rate: $20-28 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance.
