Team Net Medical is Hiring an Executive Assistant with Social Media and HR Experience Near , VA

TNM is hiring a motivated individual as an Administrative Executive Assistant/Office manager. Candidate should have Human resources, Payroll and social media experience. Good communication skills, pleasant personality and multi tasking is essential.

Duties Include

  • HR duties
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and PTO
  • Assist in automated procedures , onboarding, websites and operational dashboard
  • Assist in policy formulation
  • Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
  • Maintain the executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling business and personal meetings, conferences, teleconferences, as well as coordinating and booking travel arrangements.
  • Assists the executive with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Assists and *supports in preparing for meetings*, including preparing meeting materials, keeping track of meeting progress and follow up items, and preparing and revising correspondence and other documents, as necessary.
  • Keeps offices and workplaces organized
  • Handles Benefits, trainings and communications about HR and other employee matters
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, and appropriately relay important information promptly, clearly, maintaining confidentiality as needed.
  • Orients personnel (leaders and employees) to Human Resources and/or Payroll systems, e.g. employee and manager self-service. Provides specific training as necessary.
  • Serves as employee records subject matter expert on projects and new system development and implementations including testing, enhancement recommendations, and training as needed for new users.
  • Ensures operational compliance with applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. Coordinates the release of all personnel information, i.e. subpoenas, employment verification, state board, lawyer requests, etc. Interacts with appropriate system departments to ensure requested information is accurate and appropriate for release.
  • Track and report training, licensures and education.
  • Other as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Atleast a Bachelors degree. Masters preferred.
  • Experience in human resources, accounting, or payroll.
  • Successful candidates will have past experience in roles as an executive assistant and HR management.
  • Knowledge and/or exposure to applicant tracking, benefits, recruiting or other areas of Human Resources will be helpful.
