Role Responsibilities:
- Convert leads to appointments, and close appointments to agreements.
- Service clients provided by team leaders, including scheduling and attending showings, home inspections, appraisals, and closings.
- Maintain consistent follow-up before and throughout the buying/selling process.
- Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for sellers and buyers.
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close.
