Responsibilities

Team Select Home Care is looking for a Staffing Coordinator/Relationship Manager to join our Team Select family. The Staffing Coordinator will work with both internal staff and patients and their families. They will also assist with payroll and scheduling of our field staff. The Staffing Coordinator will report directly to the Operations Manager.

• Effectively establish a rapport with caregivers and clients.
• Plays the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match.
• Be able to think logically and match caregivers with clients appropriately.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules in our EMR system.
• Manage client and caregiver schedules in our scheduling software system.
• Demonstrate an ability to identify problems and initiative to reach quality decisions.
• Maintain relationships with clients and employees and promote harmonious interpersonal relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both caregivers and clients regarding scheduling inquiries and requests.
• Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high-functioning office environment.
• Meet all deadlines on special projects as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters.
• Follow and promote the Compliance Plan.
• Perform all other job tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• College degree, preferred.
• Healthcare experience, preferred
• 1 years of experience with schedule/staffing.
• Home care experience is a plus
