Responsibilities:

Provide clients with accurate pricing for new and/or existing products for health, disability, and life insurance. Support sales management and personnel. Prepare and finalize applications/process reports. Maintain precise documentation of client information, including addresses, billing details, account packages, preferences, etc. Explore innovative strategies to enhance client retention. Stay informed about industry trends in client services and sales. Uphold a high level of client satisfaction. Promptly and effectively address client concerns. Develop and present tailored product recommendations using active listening skills.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
