Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass criminal background check
- 3 years experience in a residential and commercial HVAC service
- License is a huge plus! Also looking for someone with a Tinner license.
- Ability to test and balance systems. Understand and apply all relevant codes
- New installs, troubleshooting, boiler experience, furnace installation, refrigeration experience
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing commercial RTU’s (Roof-Top Units), MAU’s (Make Up Air Units), Exhaust Fans, Chillers, Furnaces, A/Cs, and Mini Split Units.
- Knowledge of commercial and residential services in the HVAC industry.
