Job Description
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid claims.
- Send letters of appeal for denied claims.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Two (2) years of experience with Medical AR and submitting appeal letters is required.
- Profound knowledge of collection techniques and billing procedures is highly recommended.
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills are required.
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- This position is remote where you can have the opportunity to work from home and avoid heavy traffic on the way to work.
