The Program Coordinator is supervised by the Program Manager with clinical supervision provided by the Clinical Director/Supervisor. The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective provision of Adult Wraparound Services in their assigned community and for the direct supervision of the Community Support Specialists and/or Life Skills Specialists. The Program Coordinator is responsible for initial intake, coordinating, monitoring, tracking, and evaluating services for assigned clients (Target Population is Adults with Serious Mental Illness and Children with Severe Emotional Distress). Hence, the Program Coordinator has both administrative and direct service duties.
\nMinimum Qualifications
- Must be over 21 years of age; have CPR/First Aid, CPI, and Agency training; Criminal Records Clearance; and a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Ability to supervise, manage, and administrate programs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field, plus two (2) years experience working in the mental health field, to include work with the target population.
- Ability to maintain working relationships with clients, program and agency staff, family members, and collateral professionals/agencies.
