The Program Coordinator is supervised by the Program Manager with clinical supervision provided by the Clinical Director/Supervisor. The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the effective provision of Adult Wraparound Services in their assigned community and for the direct supervision of the Community Support Specialists and/or Life Skills Specialists. The Program Coordinator is responsible for initial intake, coordinating, monitoring, tracking, and evaluating services for assigned clients (Target Population is Adults with Serious Mental Illness and Children with Severe Emotional Distress). Hence, the Program Coordinator has both administrative and direct service duties.
