Job Description: As the Director of Employee Development, you will play a crucial role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our team. This part-time position includes regular travel to conduct training sessions across various locations in New Jersey, Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing training programs with a strong focus on Crisis Management, CPR, Orientation, Medication Administration, and Positive Behavior Supports for our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
