Responsibilities:
- Catalog Design: Design and oversee the production of our traditional and online catalogs, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly layout.
- Distribution Planning: Develop and implement a distribution plan for both traditional mail order and online catalogs to maximize reach and customer engagement.
- Online Marketing Strategy: Create and execute an online marketing strategy to promote our brands and products, utilizing various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring all expenditures align with company goals and provide a positive return on investment (ROI).
- KPI Reporting: Regularly report to the president on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
- Skills:
- Proven experience in designing and distributing catalogs.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent budget management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including design and analytics platforms.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
