TeamSoft's client is looking for a contract EAM Business Analyst.

This is a remote, contract opportunity with occasional travel.

Job Summary:

• Collaborate closely with business and IT leadership, as well as end users, to gather and document requirements for the Maximo implementation.
• Act as a liaison between the client, third-party vendors, and system integrators to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Assist in developing the strategy and overall project plan, including determining which modules to implement, establishing timelines, and defining the implementation approach.
• Conduct detailed requirements analysis to ensure all business needs are captured and addressed.
• Provide expertise and guidance on Maximo capabilities and best practices to maximize the platform's effectiveness.
• Support the project team in troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes related to Maximo.
• Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately and is up-to-date throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Proven experience with Maximo is required.
• Strong understanding of EAM principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Prior experience with Maximo or EAM implementations is highly desirable.
• Experience in the manufacturing or food and beverage industry is a significant advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
