TeamSoft IT Solution’s client is looking for a contract IT Support Specialist.

Job Summary:

As part of our internal IT team, the IT Support Specialist is the main point of contact for providing support to our users and our vendors. Using technology and interpersonal skills to document and solve end user’s technology issues.

• Responsible for documenting issues and resolutions in the company ticket system.
• Provides technical support for all systems and equipment.
• Independently manage and maintain assigned computer systems and/or processes.
• Independently manage and maintain assigned vendor relationships.
• Review tickets for proactive methods to prevent problems.
• Responsible for hardware evaluations and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field/experience.
• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple priorities/projects.
• Experience in implementing effective and innovative technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Possess advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and server systems.
• Excellent interpersonal relations and ability to manage others.
• Strong technical proficiency in various software, systems, desktops, servers, networks, and storage.
