Quality Claims Analyst - On Site Savannah, GA -

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain detailed reports for accurate communication of field quality status (Before sales, 3M, 12M, 36M, WM, CPU, and DPU) for management.
Respond promptly to data requests from supporting departments and cross-functional teams to expedite quality improvement activities.
Inform the responsible Improvement Specialist & AM of emerging quality issues based on detailed warranty claim analysis and follow-up on improvement.
Coordinate and update improvement database to document improvement activities, implementation dates, and current status of quality issues.
Manage the Safety Quality-Voice of Customer (SQ-VOC) performance, including department training, tracking, and regular status updates to management.
Analyze field claim data & recall/campaign issue and make necessary input/actions.
Make EWR (Early Warning Report) for launched models to report and share to the client
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Science, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred
Preferred:
1–3 years job related experience in automotive industry desired
Travel Requirement
Domestic / International travel may be required.
