TeamWRX is Hiring a Territory Sales Representative (First year potential 65k +) Near Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Pay: $35,500 per year Commission

Monthly Commission on New & Recurring Business (First-year potential of $54k to $70k)

TeamWRX is partnering with an industry leader to hire Territory Sales Representatives. Whether you're looking to break into sales or you are an experienced salesperson seeking a new opportunity in a growing industry, this position could be perfect for you.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will represent our client’s brand and promote their new line of vaping products within an assigned territory. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients, showcasing our products, reporting activity, and driving sales through effective communication and demonstration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit a minimum of 15 clients per day within your assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate products to clients, highlighting their features and benefits effectively.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Actively pursue new sales opportunities while providing exceptional customer service to existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and product inventory.
  • Effectively manage your assigned territory to maximize productivity and reach.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of vaping devices preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Clean driving record and proof of car insurance.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Monthly commissions on new and recurring business.
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel within the territory.
  • Training and support provided to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Compensation Package:

  • 1099 Contractor
  • $35,500 base paid weekly (40 hours a week).
  • Monthly commission (Top reps are making $4k monthly).

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday.
