Teasdale Fenton Cleaning and Property Restoration is a privately owned, full-service cleaning and restoration company that has been serving the needs of the Sarasota market for over 30 years. Our mission is to provide quality carpet/hard surface cleaning as well as emergency cleanup and restoration services to customers in their time of need. Due to the demand for our services, we continue to grow and find ourselves in need of additional Water Mitigation Support Technicians.

Position Requirements:
This is an entry level position. So, although previous industry experience is great, it is not required. The successful candidate will be working in support of both our Area Rug cleaning operation and the Water Mitigation department. Although this is an entry level role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work towards a great career either in our Carpet Cleaning Division or our Water Mitigation Division. Additional job responsibilities are:

• Ability to lift, move and transport area rugs thru the various stages of the cleaning process.
• Ability to work in standing water and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift fans, dehumidifiers, and other water mitigation related equipment.
• Comfort with working with customers in their homes and businesses.

Strong work ethic in a team-oriented work environment.

The schedule is primarily Monday thru Friday, day shift with a required availability to work as a part of a scheduled on-call rotation. Flexibility to respond to emergency situations 24/7, as needed which are typically weather related.

Must have ability to pass background check which includes a review of your driving record and approval to drive under company insurance. Ability to lift 50lbs regularly and up to 100lbs with assistance.
