Key Responsibilities:

● Uphold Teaspoon operational standards

● Oversee store operations - Lead the opening and closing shifts

● Execute Deployment guidelines to prepare beverages and food as necessary to complete orders

● Uphold Customer Service: Make sure customers are satisfied with drink products and ensure barista provides friendly service

● Teach and Coach baristas to develop and grow operational capabilities

● Execute and drive store daily, weekly sales goals

● Use company tools to manage shift and uphold store cleanliness standards

● Adhere to Quality Control of products

● Control Food Cost and record food waste

● Inventory: organize and date (first in first out rule!)

● Train new baristas and prepare them for Barista Certification

● Ensure honey boba is always cooking and stocked

● Ensure all tea bases are always stocked

● Making sure team members are taking breaks accordingly

● Update and support all new promotions and offers

● Manage daily cash deposits and cash handling process

Job Requirements:

● 18 years of age or older

● Can commit to working 4 shifts out of the week

● Demonstrate leadership skills

● Demonstrate clear communication skills

● Have professional and ethical working attitude and 2 or more years of working experience

● Possess a strong sense of teamwork and ability to influence team members

● Has integrity and takes initiative

● Outgoing and friendly personality

● Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail

● Demonstrate sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure

● Strong communication skills, both orally and written

● Be willing to help store team as needed
