Job Responsibilities:

● To uphold Teaspoon Mission and values and create the best customer experience possible

● Greet customers and take drink orders

● Execute Deployment guidelines to prepare beverages as necessary to complete orders

● Operate a POS system and receive payment from customers in cash or credit card, provide accurate change to customers

● Customer Service: Make sure customers are satisfied with drink products and able to provide friendly service

● Maintain cleanliness of the shop and complete daily cleaning duties

● Ability to multitask while paying special attention to detail

● Inventory: organize and date (first in first out rule!)

● Maintain food safety and freshness at all times

Job Requirements:

● 17 years of age or older

● Can commit to working 2 shifts out of the week

● Demonstrates leadership skills

● Demonstrate clear communication skills

● Displays integrity and takes initiative

● Outgoing and friendly personality

● Possess a strong sense of teamwork

● Demonstrates a professional and ethical working attitude

● Be willing to help store team as needed
