JOB TITLE: PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Location: Victoria, TX

JOB PURPOSE:

The Site Shift Supervisor manages the day-today operation of the Production Area. Production facilities. Utilities/CBI facilities include raw material storage and handling, barge loading and unloading, drumming, railcar loading, unloading, and switching operations, truck loading and unloading, and drumming facilities. Also included are water treatment operations, cooling water system, air systems, sanitary treatment system, wastewater pre-treatment and disposal, and all environmental outfalls. Also supplies internal customers and external customers with goods and services that conform to their requirements and meet product specifications. Maintains a safe, efficient operation and established operating conditions, meets production needs and product specifications.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a chemical plant is required.

Minimum high school diploma or GED

Minimum of one year experience in a Step-up or Supervisor role.
