Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience

Experience:

At least 7 years of functional experience with Peoplesoft Financials and 2 years experience in project management

Complexity:

Advanced PeopleSoft Financial functional role. The consultant will work on a complex project with statewide impact and requires subject matter expertise in multiple financial process areas.

1. In-depth knowledge and experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Financials in Public Sector.
2. Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on at least two project implementations within the last 5 years.
3. Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.

Additional desired knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:

1. The experience and skills in Project Management.
2. The ability to coordinate various project activities, timelines, and resources to accomplish tasks assigned by the client
3. Experience documenting business process needs and system requirements.
4. Experience in project risk identification and management.
5. Experience in overseeing testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
6. Experience and skills to assess the current OSCA business systems to determine fit or gaps with the PALM system functionality.
7. Knowledge of Peoplesoft Financials Grants module.
8. Knowledge of data flow and integrating PeopleSoft Financial modules -- GL, PO, AP, AM, AR, PR, and CM.
9. Knowledge of Peoplesoft Financials core and modular configuration.
