**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, implementation, and tracking to ensure timely and successful completion.
**Duties:**
- Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs
- Collect and analyze data to support project decision-making
- Present project updates and reports to stakeholders
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement
- Oversee IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion
- Manage program development initiatives effectively
- Lead project coordination efforts across multiple teams
- Implement best practices in project portfolio management
- Supervise team members and provide guidance as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP certification is a plus
- Proven experience in program management and team management
- Proficiency in Project Server software for effective project tracking
- Strong data collection and analysis skills for informed decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to present project updates clearly and effectively
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles for process optimization
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure, CCTV, and Access Control projects is preferred
