Position: Team Member/Cashier

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the register and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the store. Key Responsibilities:

• Cashier Duties:
• Operate the cash register to process sales transactions accurately.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, providing change and issuing receipts.
• Ensure the cash register area is tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and offer assistance.
• Answer customer inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies.
• Provide exceptional service by addressing customer needs and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Sales Support:
• Assist with restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Keep the store clean and organized to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
• Support promotional activities and special sales events.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Security Awareness:
• Follow all security procedures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of cash and products.
• Report any suspicious activity to management.

Requirements:

• Customer Focus: A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Cash Handling Skills: Basic math skills and experience handling cash transactions are required.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
