Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator and Bookkeeper at Tech Dynamix in Painesville, OH. The Office Administrator will be responsible for administrative assistance, managing office equipment, communication with clients and internal teams, customer service, and overall office administration tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Maintain filing systems and organize office documents
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Update and maintain financial records using accounting software
- Prepare invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reports
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
