LOCATION:  Chicago, IL

REQUIREMENTS:

• Develop, implement and monitor HR processes, procedures, systems and strategies across the organization 
• Strengthen management and employee relations by addressing requests, grievances or other issues that may arise
• Attract, hire and retain high-quality employees by managing the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital 
• Foster a positive working environment by maintaining a high level of employee relations
• Manage and oversee a performance and appraisal system that drives high performance 
• Assessment and management of employee training programs
• Position is responsible for ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource managment
• Responsible for management of HR budget

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS or related degree in Human Resources
• Proven work experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive position
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
