Position: Hybrid
- Responsible for the outage and incident management
- 24x7 support
- Problem-solving steps
- Server re-start (if applicable)
- Look into configuration
- Monitor dashboard alerts
- Anything critical
- Proactive monitoring and flagging
- Create a dashboard for any critical tracking
- Triaging
- Create a chatroom / War room
- Incidents acknowledgment
- Engage T2 as needed, Should have basic Java, Dynatrace, ELK, App Dynamics
