University Degree qualified or equivalent or have additional 3 years of experience as per “other relevant experience” or “BA experience”.

• 3 years of relevant application development business analysis experience
• Must include at least 5 engagement / programme / project that went for 6 months
• Must include some complex corporate systems environment and/or consulting / professional services.
• Must include experience working with CX, UXD, Visual Designers, Front End and Backend developers and Testers.
• Experience working in an Agile Environment
• Is an expert at defining the requirements in both structured and agile methods including mapping out user journeys, defining epics, features and user stories with supporting business rules, data dictionaries, validation criteria etc.
• Must have experience in leading initial idea / initiative discovery and documenting a clear understanding of business need pre-project
• Must have demonstrated experience taking a leading role in assisting with planning the approach taken when planning the project / backlog / development sprints etc. Experience should include Business Analyst tasks, but ideally should include other team work as well.
• Is confident and experienced leading requirements, ideation and solutioning workshops with various stakeholders and project team.
