• Position: Sr Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
• Duration: 4 months contract to hire
• Location: Carmel, working a hybrid role

Sr Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer role is responsible for helping the overall cloud infrastructure deployment and management for the Enterprise. The position requires a strong understanding and practical experience on Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform.

Position Responsibilities :

• Configure and manage Azure Monitor, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, Azure SQL Servers, Log Analytics workspace, Virtual networks.
• Strong Experience in automating the deployment of infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code) using Terraform and Azure Resource Manager templates.
• Familiar with Azure ExpressRoute, Virtual Network Gateway, Local Network Gateway, Site to Site VPN and Point to Site VPN connectivity from On-Prem to Azure.
• Very Strong experience Role Back Access Control (RBAC), ACL
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Scripting skills – PowerShell, Shall and Azure CLI
• Configure and management of Backups and Replication (DR) using Azure Recovery Service Vault
• Configure auditing, monitoring, and alerting for solutions/services deployed in azure cloud
• Experience on Azure AD Domain Services, App registrations, Service Principle and managed domains.
• Basic knowledge of TLS/SSL certificates
• Experience migrating workloads from On-Prem to azure
• Knowledge on Windows and Linux Operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.

Preferred Requirements:

• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Azure cloud infrastructure
• Working knowledge of Terraform scripting, and Terraform Modules to develop infrastructure as code
• Azure Certifications: Azure Administrator AZ-103 or AZ-104, Azure Architect AZ-304 and AZ-305

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
