Tech Providers Inc is Hiring a Custom and Trade Compliance Coordinator Near Atlanta, GA

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Roles & responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

The CTC Coordinator (Customs and Trade Compliance (CTC) Coordinator), is responsible for the day-to-day export operations and supports the Customs Internal Control Process (ICS) with respect to client entities. Responsible for maintaining constant interface with, service providers, internal departments US, Canada and overseas regarding import/export activity.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide Customs and logistics support for ocean shipments from the U.S. and Canada to PAG

• Create & distribute export documentation to the US brokers, US PDC warehouses and PAG customs group for all of Ocean export Warranty, Core, Grotis, Recall & Buyback shipments

• Create and provide all export documentation for all ocean Warranty & Core shipments for client.

• Coordinate documentation for client.

• Provide daily assistance for client for all Canadian Express Air-freight invoices.

• Prepare export documents for miscellaneous shipments sent from all locations: HQ, PDC’s, training center, etc.

• Monitor and maintain the records for export documents for daily buyback/warranty express and miscellaneous shipments for the U.S PDC centers to ensure proper export guidelines are adhered to

• Create and maintain an export log tracking the export of parts.

• Oversee and log; Over/Short tacking report to assist Customs team with potential Post Summary Correction process

• Provide Customs Internal Control Process (ICS) support.

• Provide assistance and back-up to Customs team when needed.

• Develop and execute export training to relevant internal stakeholders

• Support the development of an export SOP’s

Required qualifications include:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or equivalent are of study.

Experience:

• 5 years of experience cross-border working experience, including strong connections with regulatory authorities.

• Expert knowledge in export documentation and trade regulations.

• Experience coordinating and participating in import/export audits.

• Must possess advanced computer skills and a strong understanding of MS Excel and MS Power Point and SAP experience a plus.
