Tech Providers Inc is Hiring a People Ops Specialist Near Atlanta, GA
Position: People Operations SpecialistLocation: Atlanta, GA (Remote)Duration: 8 Months with the possibility of extensionDuties
- Provide employee lifecycle support globally by responding to queries for all HR matters, in alignment with established service level agreements and best practices
- Process data entry in Workday for all employee changes and troubleshoot data discrepancies
- Manage recurring onboarding related activities (e.g. Right to Work verification, I-9 reverification)
- Maintain the ongoing improvement of internal knowledgebase
- Proactively identify team challenges, suggest, and propose improvement plans
- Other related duties as assigned
- Workday operational experience with data entry (EIB experience a plus).
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills with a strong aptitude for attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills; Able to interpret and apply judgment according to directions or guidance.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient with G-Suite, Slack or other convenient technologies for workplaces
- Exceptional ethics around confidentiality and highly sensitive information
