Job Title: Project Coordinator II

Location: Jackson, MI 49201 (Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote)

Contract Duration: Until December 2025, with High Possibility of Extension

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as a Brand & Creative Services Coordinator. In this role, you will provide vital support to our creative team, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Review project requests and allocate tasks to appropriate creative resources.
• Monitor creative workload to maintain consistency across the team.
• Ensure projects are on track for deadlines and accurately input project data.

Review Facilitation:

• Conduct initial quality checks for grammatical errors and typos.
• Guide projects through the standard review cycle, capturing and communicating necessary edits to the creative team.

Asset Management/Archiving:

• Maintain and update asset libraries, adhering to naming, tagging, and organizational standards.
• Share final creative materials at designated intervals to enhance visibility across the organization.

Data Management:

• Extract and analyze data for monthly reporting purposes.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products.
• Process-oriented mindset with a knack for identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Ability to forge relationships and bridge connections between stakeholders and ideas.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently at various stages of production.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Lean certification or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in the energy industry, automotive sector, or related fields.
• Background in research, data analytics, paid advertising, media relations, or creative agency work.
