Job Description
Manage the human resources department provide guidance and leadership in successfully bringing all other departments into a coherent human capital management environment ability to develop programs and processes that impart competency, clarity and timeliness in pursuing and achieving company strategic and financial objectives create HR strategies for the future. Supervision of human resources department personnel 2. In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations as they relate to day-to-day management of employees. Assure that company employment, recruiting, safety, labor relations, personnel, and equal opportunity policies and practices comply with provisions of regulatory agencies. Management of open enrollment, 401k information sessions and other employee communication sessions as required. Administration of workers compensation claims and reporting, and working with other departments to ensure employee safety and welfare. Effective employee relations and counseling, and serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems. Administration of companys Affirmative Action Program. Oversight of Employee Performance Evaluation process. Oversight of Employee Training Records. Coordination and management of human resources source documents, forms and content. Oversight of employee physical and electronic files.
Skills Required
BA Degree in HR Management or similar. 5 yrs exp in HR including 4 yrs exp at a mgmt level. Full cycle recruiting exp. Exp planning, developing and implementing new policies. ITAR CompliantUS Citizen.
