Overview: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Technology Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for the unpacking, auditing, cleaning, and packing of various technology products, including laptops, tablets, and computers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Unpacking:

  • Receive shipments of technology products and unload pallets.
  • Carefully unpack laptops, tablets, and computers, ensuring products are handled with care.
  • Verify the contents of each shipment against packing lists and purchase orders.

• Auditing and Inspection:

  • Perform detailed audits of received technology products.
  • Check for any visible damage or defects and report discrepancies.
  • Verify product specifications and configurations according to company standards.

• Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Clean and sanitize laptops, tablets, and computers using appropriate cleaning agents and methods.
  • Ensure all devices are free from dust, fingerprints, and any other contaminants.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks as required.

• Packing and Shipping:

  • Carefully pack cleaned and inspected devices according to company standards.
  • Ensure all products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  • Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipping.

• Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of received, audited, cleaned, and packed products.
  • Update inventory systems to reflect current stock levels.
  • Assist with regular inventory counts and reconciliation.

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Report any safety hazards or incidents to the warehouse supervisor.
