A leading brand in women's mobile games in China, contributing to the creation and management of a leading interactive entertainment company specializing in mobile games for female players worldwide.

This role requests to work on-site in Los Angeles, or remote in Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Leading all US talent acquisition efforts, overseeing recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for executive, creative, and technical positions.
• Specializing in hiring for our international Publishing department as well as for our new animated film division.
• Managing human resources responsibilities, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive employee experience.
• Facilitating the acquisition of business visas for international hires, streamlining immigration processes, and supporting a diverse workforce.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Extensive recruitment experience in the game industry or high-tech industry.
• Ability to work across different time zones.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Mandarin.
