My client is a venture-backed robotics startup in Atlanta, GA. They serve multiple Fortune 500 customers in 24/7 production manufacturing and logistics operations, and are looking for motivated people to join the team to help fuel their growth.
Currently seeking an experienced Business/Finance Analyst with a passion for startups and new technologies, a strong understanding of finance, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support financial operations, including but not limited to: budgeting, financial forecasting, capital allocation, and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead financial modeling and analysis efforts to support strategic initiatives, fundraising activities, and decision-making at the senior leadership level.
- Evaluate and implement financial systems, processes, and controls that meet the needs of our rapidly growing organization.
- Work closely with the executive team and board of directors to develop financial strategies and plans that align with our business objectives.
- Assist in the financial planning and strategy for new products and service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in the manufacturing sector or a start-up environment.
- Familiarity with venture capital financing.
- Experience in financial modeling and analysis, including the use of advanced Excel functionality.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Located in Norcross, GA, this position requires a majority of on-site work.
