Qualifications:This opening is for a Program Coordinator - Engineering Group. We need a highly organized individual with self-motivation to drive and support engineering on a variety of projects. This person will report to the Engineering Manager as an assistant.Pay Rate $35 hourly or underResponsibilities:A program coordinator is an employee who plans, coordinates, and oversees employees for various programs or projects for their employer. This person will be responsible for administrative functions such as paperwork preparation as they drive projects to completion.The main role of a program manager is to coordinate related projects that make up a program. The manager helps the program team overcome challenges in the work and ensures the program stays aligned with the organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have experience managing several projects/tasks simultaneously. This person will help manage scale up and transfer projects to stay on schedule and free up our engineers for more technical tasks.• Support the engineering team to accomplish a variety of projects and tasks (Product transfers, scale ups, and raw ingredient replacements)• Organizing, planning, coordinating activities between departments and within the team• Managing/executing the paperwork responsibilities required to complete projects• Help keep the projects on time• Reporting on the status of projects.• Reviewing technical documents and procedures.• Hands on as needed
